Did you know... with things loosening up so much in terms of
etiquette, it's no longer a big deal what kind of wine you order,
red wine with meat, white wine with fish, merlot or pinot noir. The
rule for wine taste-testing gourmets aside, drink the type of wine
you enjoy... organic wine, California wine, Australian wine.
